- Product Description
“HW-4B” automatic welding machine is widely is used in many fields such as ship, bridge, train, petroleum industry and so on. It can weld many structures such as reinforced plate, ribbed plate, cross section and boxing beam.

HK-4B is made up of the following sections:
1）Hand knob: It is convenient to equip, take apart and move the carriage.
2）Motor: It is power unit of carriage and welding.
3）X-Y trimming slide blocks: It is convenient to adjust the blowtorch up and down or left and right.
4）Holder of blowtorch: It can hold the blowtorch and adjust the angle of blowtorch easily.
5）Position switch: When the carriage goes to the end of work, it will contact the position switch
and stop.
6）Permanent magnet: It can absorb to the surface of work in case of damaging the machine and
falling from the welding line.
7）Electric cabinet: To control the movement of carriage. Please refer to control panel manual.
8）Magnetic iron-tyred: When cutting the power on, it adsorbs the surface of work. But the
magnetic disappears when cutting power off. So, you should take the carriage down and cut
power off.
