HK-20 carriage is multi-use automatic device, which is suitable for abutting joint, horizon welding, vertical welding and cross welding.The carriage adopts gear and gear rack driving mode. It can walk on rail which is parallel with work. The speed is smooth. The system adopts silicon control infinitively variable speeds to finish accurate welding. The biggest speed on “No-welding” state is 1300mm/min.

Name and function of each section

HK-20 is made up of body, control case, X-Y slide blocks, blowtorch holder, guide wheel and straight rail.

1.Body: It is the driving device, which includes motor, planet reducing box, driving gear and guide wheel.

2.Hand knob：It is used to move this machine. Please hold it fully.

3.Electric cabinet：To control the movement of carriage. Please refer to control panel manual.

4. Cross device: You can use it in the process of straight welding (such as container case) to adjust the position of torch in case of moving rail.

5. Straight rail: It is equipped with permanent magnet to make the rail absorb to works to meet different welding needs.

6. Magnet: Strong on-off magnet. If you want to move the rail, please turn all magnetron switches “OFF”.

7. X-Y trimming slide blocks: It is convenient to adjust the blowtorch up and down or left and right.

8. Holder of blowtorch: It can hold the blowtorch and adjust the angle of blowtorch easily.

Notice: Must not hold the conductive section, which may lead to short out or electric shock.

9. Plug seat of source: It is the plug seat of external electric cable, which is connected with earth wire.

10. Hand knob: It is convenient to make carriage move freely on the rail.

11. Thermal baffle: To prevent carriage from being damaged by source of heat.
