Precaution for operation
Please notice the position of groover. You should adopt different operating way according to position. If you want to put it on edge, you should fix machine in parallel direction and not make cutter head connect with work.（2/3 length of operating platform） Start machine and make milling work along arrow slowly.
If you want to grip it with works, you should fix it on left operating platform in case of touching work. Start machine and make milling work along arrow slowly until the length of machine on platform is beyond of total length. Then, you can make it work according to need.
Beveling of pipe
PQX-15 groover can do well on the beveling of flat plate and pipe. Before beveling pipe, you should equip beveling wheeled. Show as diagram.
After equip wheeled, you should fix the pipe (put the shorter pipe vertically and put longer pipe horizontally). Put the groover on end of pipe and adjust wheeled. Operate it as shown in the following diagram.
In the actual processing, the user should adjust wheel of pipe wall according to diameter of pipe and equipment. The followings are setting master drawing of different pipe, which can be referred by user.
